"Water Gel". You can find it in first aid kits or stores that deal in medical supplies. it comes in small aluminim-bag packages; it's used for putting on burns and has a very slime-like texture with the kind of feeling you'd expect Slimer too leave behind. best of all, it doesn't stain clothing but it is kinda goopy.
