|
A bug demon (Cohila), who is capable of taking human form, looks for a female host to be the Queen of his bug kingdom, which will take over New York City. Janine is meanwhile trying to get Egon to notice her, and to make him jealous, she accepts a date with Cohila, only to be almost transformed into the bug queen before the EGB's step in to rescue her.

Other than flushing continuity down the toilet, I'd actually have to say I enjoyed it. Loses points for messing up history though.

This is only one of the few XGB episodes I actually loved. I loved ever bit of this episode, especially the romance between Egon and Janine. The KISS was the bestest also!

I'm a sucker for Egon/Janine stories, but "The Crawler" personified my main complaint with XGB's treatment of them: "Janine You've Changed"? Hello??? Why did you ignore this one??? Why AREN'T they already together???
