mIRC: problems getting episodes

Mmmkay, I've downloaded a couple of episodes successfully. I know how to do the main stuff.
But, when I get added to a queue, and then it's my turn, it never seems to work and constantly fails. I don't think I've ever been able to get a successful send of an episode without having no queue to wait in. It is really quite frustrating and i was wondering if there was option i have set wrong or something.
Please help.

File > Options > DCC
"auto accept and minimize" should be selected on the following two options:
"on send request" and "on chat request"
If that's not the case, and you're not behind your computer to accept, it will fail
