Peter Venkman, like all his cohorts, comes packaged with the previously used Spider Ghost originally featured in the Super Fright Features line packaged with Egon. Peter also comes packaged with a Proton Pack, A spare glowing head, and the Slimey Spider Ghost. This action figure marks the end of the RGB Action figure line. It died a sad but proud death. Hopefully sometime in the future someone will make new GB Action Figures but we may never know.

This series marked the sad death of the RGB Action Figure line. Released in 1991 RGB's Cartoon was dealt its final blow by the Ninja Turtles and was slowly dying. Before this though Kenner decided it'd give RGB A Proper Send off with these Ecto-Glow Heroes. Never has the Glow-In-The-Dark Feature been taken to such an extreme before. Ever figure in this series glowed brilliantly in the dark. Not only this but instead of the proton packs having Flimsy Proton Streams the streams were made of Hard Plastic and Interacted with the Ghosts by actually looking like it had them trapped in the stream.
