this is a dark green flight suit I bought at my local army surplus store

it's not khaki colored, but it did the job... the elbow pads are volleyball knee pads from walmart (not markwort though) spray painted grey and black... the nametag and logo were printed onto thick paper, then glued onto thin cardboard (for extra firmness) and then glued to the flight suit... for boots I used some combat doc martens-ish boots that I always wear, they looked fine...
