Louis Tully's Bio: 
I joined Ghostbusters International in 1989 when the guys asked me to help them out of a legal jam. At that time I did mostly tax law and some probate stuff, and I had just gotten my law degree at night school. Thanks to my legal prowess (and the timely appearance of a couple of ghosts) I managed to single handedly get GBI back in business.

I also like to consider myself the fifth Ghostbuster, even though I never go on cases, don't meet with customers and the guys won't really let me use any of the equipment because the proton packs are so heavy. But that doesn't bother me, because once I turned into a dog and they helped me. Dr. Spengler was even nice enough to take a sample of my brain tissue once.

My position with GBI is Executive Financial Officer, which means I take care of the company's finances, taxes, and come up with all the new fees that the GBI franchises have to pay (with the help of Dr. Venkman).
