This get's a 10. It was HILARIOUS! This is had a very important element in it, that EVERY SINGLE Ghostbusters Story needs: Comedy. Great Job! :)

For anyone whose ever seen Genesis (I did once) or understand poorly written stuff (Zero Wing for Sega Intro, anyone). I enjoyed it. All because I'm into crazy stuff like this. Hilarious read! :)

Sorry Ray, I don't like to give bad ratings either. I hope you are not offended by some advice I will give to you; as I am a writer. It looks like you came up with it in less then five minuets. It could be a story outline by itself.
