New Ghostbusters 2!

Anyone heard of the NES (Nintendo) game, "New Ghostbusters 2"? It was made by HAL.
I only have the ROM version of it, but I would like to own the actua cartridge... does anyone know where I could find one? I can't seem to find it on ebay anywhere. Also, does anyone have a picture of the cartridge? I'd like to know what to look for when I goto gamestop to search for it...

i'm not totally sure on this, but i don't think it was released in the US, only in japan. BUT... there was a new GB2 for gameboy if i'm not mistaken. someone with more GB game knowledge can lead you in the right direction.

Yea, we know about it. Some site that has ROMS (woym's site if i remember correctly) and you can download it there. I've played it... not that hot...

Dark_Demon it was sold in Europe and Asia only back in 89-90. I doubt you will be able to find it since it was in PAL format. Although if you would come across it though it looks exactly like the GB2 poster that was seen in theaters and on the VHS cover, except it says NEW! in front of Ghostbusters II. I hope this helps.

Weren't their 2 GB2 games for nes. I have the sidescrolling one, but I've seen pics of one were you control to GBs at a time and you can play as louis. Does anyone have the rom for that version?

I believe the 'NEW' game is merely a port from the Gameboy GB2 game. You can control 2 characters at a time..they follow each other, 1 uses the pack to stun the ghosts, the other uses the trap.

I playes GB2 for Nintendo.....I can't remember much because my Nintendo never worked properly. Even if a game were new, I'd have to blow in it to get it to work (and they always said that was bad for the game)....LOL....anyway....did anyone else ever have that problem? Is there a GB game for Sega Genesis? If there is, PLEASE tell me and I will buy it tomorrow!
EDIT: I looked at Gamestop.com and there IS a Ghostbusters game for Sega Genesis! Does anyone own it? How is it?
