In the episode called Jailbusters, I canīt understand what Peter wants to say in his last speech.

In the episode called Jailbusters, when they are going to die, the ghost let them say their last words and Peter says "seven years ago, our fathers...". First I thought it meant how their parents met but then i thought that he says seven years and only talks about their fathers not their mothers.if someone understood this speech please answer very soon. Thanks

I believe it's his distorted version of the bill of rights (I think)
The thing that goes:
"Fore score and twenty years ago, our fore fathers..."
But I could, and probably am wrong.
