He started the entire community. Really. Webmaster of the original Ghostbusters home page. This very message board came from his site (it's changed alot from what I've heard)

Yeah. But I never knew about these sites untill afew years ago. An never heard or Gbcentral (now Ghostbusters.net) he hasn't updated his site much.

His site was great, had the black and red GB themed boards, etc. As I remember, the site was initially for a class he was taking in college, now he's moved on to bigger things and doesn't have the time to maintain such a great site. Who knows. . .maybe he still posts under an alias. . .

I never understand this "retiring" or "leaving forever" if you still hold an interest in the site/message board.
You say he's busy and has moved onto bigger things - but I run a very popular (albeit non GB) website, full time university student and have a part time job. I also have numerous projects and hobbies on the go, see friends regularly and get in plenty of TV . Despite this I can still find five mins to post on the board and I even update my old site (yup I have two - both popular) from time to time. Posting on boards and updating a site takes literally minutes - it's not a full time commitment.
Of course, if he's just lost interest in GB then I fully understand.
