There was this episode where a group of kids, led by a guy named Father (who could burst into flames and control fire) got an age modification cigar (it wasn't called that, but it looked like a cigar to me so I'll keep going with that). They transformed the leader of the Kids Next Door, who then owned an Ice Cream truck in his old age.
The kids were trying to get the cigar and re-youngify Mr. Uno (number 1 when he was young). Father came to play, so Mr Uno crashed his Ice Cream truck through the window. They battle and realize Father hates ice cream cuz it can put out his fire. So Mr. Uno straps a soft serve machine to his back and rips the nozzle off as a gun. I think he shot a very pink shade of chocolate ice cream that for some reason had way too much pressure for a soft serve maker...
ANYWHO Long story short for those with bad imaginations, the ice cream looked like a slime blower... way too much like a slime blower to not be a reference.
Like my novel of an explanation? I think it's nice...
