Two Questions what happened in the first episode of RGB and what happened to the other GB in EGB?

I was using my Noodle and i couldnt remember all i can think of is that they all died in EGB except Egon but thats dum and i cant remember the first episode of RGB its driving me crazy?? Help!

I'm not sure if I understand your questions correctly, I'll see if I can help.
Knock Knock is the first episode of RGBs. And in Extreme Ghostbusters, of course the boys in grey didn't die. I don't remember their new career choices off hand, it was just really stupid. I can't imagine Ray getting out of ghostbusting.

Darkness at noon is the first ever Egb episode, and you can watch it here at GBN, that explains what happened to the fellow Ghostbusters, To my knolledge they moved on from ghostbusting, if i remember.

In the EGB ep Back In The Saddle the original GB's came back for Egon's Birthday. Winston got his piloting license, Ray was working on something important, but then an explosion of some kind got him fired and he went to work as a car salesman (I think he owned his own car dealership as well - not too sure though). Peter was trying to get the rights sold to another movie about the guys (GB 2), but was holding out until Brad Pitt signed as him. Seeing as how I'm a fan of the first and syndicated seasons of RGB most I found what Ray and Pete were then doing was lame. Ray was too enthusiastic about ghostbusting to give it up and end up working as a car salesman and Peter was never as self absorbed as he was with himself in Back In The Saddle to come up with a scheme like trying to get another movie made about the guys. That sounds like something Pete's dad would try and do, not Pete. Of course after Lorenzo stopped providing Pete's voice the development of the character went downhill with the whole ego trip they gave Pete after the first few seasons being enhanced. Just my opinion though.

Thanks i needed that help cos it was driving me insane! but EGB just didnt make sense theres no way that ray would give up GhostBusting and the new people wernt that good i think!

I thought the EGB were the better of the 2 animated series. I didn't like the RGB cartoon much at all, even though some ep's had there moments. The new team, were recuited from a class Egon taugh at the communitty college. I take it you're a "Thundercats" fan

Yeah I think most people would agree Lion-O that Ray would never give up Ghostbusting what with his love for the paranormal such. I guess the Powers That Be just figured that the others would have moved on to other things. Of course we all know they screwed up big time with RGB and had to get JMS back to undo what they did. Best to just leave it as something they decided to do as far as Ray's concerned and not dwell on it. I'm not going to get into which was better, RGB or EGB because it'll just start up another new argument about the two series.

what really annoying is that its so hard to get thundercats videos ive got 4 but thats taken me years to find them all !
