The Ghostute. (I know it wouldnt be authentic but it would look cool IMHO 
It would be a VY SS Hoden UTE (see www.holden.com.au for picures of what one looks like) with lights on the top, logos on the side, white paint, red tailgate and some racks in the back to hold the packs and so on.
