Wow, I'm suprised that you guys didn't know who Casey Kasem is. He's probably the biggest radio personality ever, and him being the voice of Shaggy is not his biggest accomplishment. He STILL counts down songs on Sundays, and has since before I was born at least. And him being on the radio is hardly a cameo. A cameo is a full bodied appearance. (ex. Tom Cruise in Goldmember, cameo) Casey Kasem's voice on the radio, I don't think so. Another example of a voice on the radio that's NOT a cameo is Vitamin C in Scary Movie II...
