cowboy bebop movie was cool

i saw the cowboy bebop movie tonight, and it was really cool. i seem to like cowboy bebop because the characters dont look like they're anime. except the guys have clown feet, and the women have the chisel chin.
anyway, the music was cool. the badguy bad. spike didnt care and slept alot, he's a bounty hunter.
lot of coke ads too. and Wc Donalds. so anyone thats not a fan of anime, throw the wierd name, focus more on the cowboy side and you'll be fine.

There's a noticeable amount of "Lupin the 3rd" behind the character design of "Cowboy Bebop" hence the "clown feet".

man i hate lupin the 3rd. but cowboy bebop to lupin the 3rd, cowboy's feet arent so clowny, and legs arent so spindly. and doesnt look like dennis the menace. oh well. give an take, this one.

Even if you don't typically like Lupin you may enjoy "The Castle of Cagliostro". It's a older Lupin movie (1979) but it was directed and partially written buy Hayao Miyazaki (the creator of "Spirited Away", "Princess Mononoke", "My Neighbor Totoro" and many more).
Despite it being Lupin the movie does have a "Miyazaki look" and feel about it.
Of course that doesn't guarantee that you'll enjoy it but I figured that I might toss that in there as an interesting side note.
Personally, I enjoyed the movie very much and it was the first DVD that I had ever purchased (I bought it before I even had a DVD player).

You're so lucky, Charger! I wanted to see that movie in the theaters so bad! Now I gotta wait for the DVD release.

More than a month later, Knockin' on Heaven's Door finally hits DVD. I picked it up today. It was awesome. Wow. I am shocked at how cool it was. Wow. lol. I wish it had been released theatrically nationwide.

I have the DVD and saw it in theaters. Ed's the funniest character but I'll never understand why they named her Ed. The opening scene with the convenience store was my favorite.

I'm getting the DVD this weekend. Between that, and the Gundam Wing: Complete Operations DVD set that I got yesterday (at about half the normal price, too), I'm gonna be quite busy with the anime.

lupin the 3rd is cool but damn adult swim put it at the 1:30am slot after regin(is it me or dose that show creep u guys out 2? )
i just hope kikider will be moved back so lupin will be back at the 12m slot
