Some guy Just took a Dump in My garbage can! Again!

here i am enjoying a morning coffee, look beyond the back fence and some dude is sitting on my garbage can taking a Dump! so i walk out there with the toaster (the only self-defense object i could find), the bugger had his pants down and a roll of toilet paper on his lap. what the hell? was he locked out of his house? what? funny though, i think i caught him in the Mid-Dump process and he may have had a little accident as i chased him away! 
im gone.

back, think about how many people that happens to. you are some lucky guy...in a sence, it must be a good sign, not many people find someone crapping in their garbage can... maybe having a homeless guys drop on in your disposal unit is like a lucky horseshoe above your door

Back here's what you do man.
Get yourself a CO2 Cartridge Powered BB Gun. Find a window in your place with the clearest view of the garbage can. Wait for the guy to try and crap in your can again.As soon as he settles in and gets comfortable OPEN FIRE spraying him with a flurry of steelie hellfire! Don't stop until he's running away leaving a trail of fecal matter strewn about in his wake. I guarantee ya he'll never come back after that.

I think Bo's solution is a sound one, back. A paintball gun might be a good choice as well.
