i know you probly hered this a millione times but i need help

i can't log onto the chat.
it loads fine but when i put in my sn and my password it said error.
i had to cainge from my old internet to aol os that maybe the problem but can some one help me?

ray, open microsoft internet explorer the go to the chat through there. it might work for you that way.

damn
i can't get onto explorer no more the connecton was disconnected but i did get on the chat but it was with my sister's aol acount but for some odd reson it wouln't let me connect. man this is starting to tick me off

Yet another reason why AOL sucks as an ISP, but there only good for there instant messenger service.

ok i fixed it aperalintly my sister put my under the worng cild ptecher thingy but i fix every thing
