Do you think it would be better to get the Polar Lights model or wait until the AMT version comes out next month?

i actually checked on the AMT version of things where i am and from what I have found AMT has discontinued the production of the revamped Ecto-1 and Ecto-1A...  Why? I dont quite know yet... more as it developes...
