"Clerks" anyone? PLEASE READ. I NEED HELP.

now that my other stories are finished, im thinking of continuing one i started a while back. a Clerks/EGB crossover (mainly just me).
Polt: after a young girl gets killed, Dan is suspected of killing her. while in New Jersey, Dan meets Dante (A la Clerks) at a Devils-Blackhawks game. when it is found that the gil that was killed was Veronica Loughrun - Dante's old girlfriend - it is believed that teh two set up the murder.
right at the moment, im kinda stuck. they had already ran into Randal and Jay & Silent Bob at the Quick Stop. Jay and Bob decided to tag along. i was thinking of incorperating Dogma elements into the story, but im at a loss in what i want to do. if you want to lend a hand in any way, that woudl be a BIG help!

I'd be glad to help, thankfully enough I've seen most of Kevin Smith's films and I've Seen the Clerks TV Series, all I need to see is Clerks. You know where to check for my IM Screename.

savannah....Clerks is a movie.
But anyway...sounds like it could work if done well. I dont know about bringing stuff in from dogma...I think you should leave it with just dante, randal, jay, bob, and I think you should add brodie. I say you keep away from Dogma....it was the "outcast" of the smith films...

I know its a movie but its also a graphic novel, or a series of graphic novels..we had em at my bookstore. one of em with an orange cover and Clerks written on top in sloppy with periods. Im assuming its the same as the movie but i had thought that these were independent continuations of the movie, kinda like the 50 different Star Wars comics that are out now. I havent seen the Clerks comic novel for a while, but i know it was there cause we had about 15 copies that we had to put up in a space where you couldnt fit 3.

Here's an interesting twist to your story if you want to use it: Silent Bob somehow knows Ray and actually speaks to him more than Jay after they run into each other at the Quick Stop. If you do use it, I suggest you thank me. I know weird mystical spells...and stuff.
