Bringing Ghostbusters into the 21st Century

Today, I came up with an idea of how to begin a new Ghostbusters cartoon series - the Ghostbusters have been out of business for quite a while but go back into business after a young child is possessed by an ancient book and begins the end of the world!
I think it's a rather good way to begin a new series and bring Ghostbusters into the 21st century.

I'm thinking of writing a fan fiction about it. I was thinking of a name like BACK IN BUSINESS or something. Maybe the series could be called THE AMAZING GHOSTBUSTERS or something similiar!

I don't actually know what kind of book it is, but it's definetly not the Necronomicon! It's some sort of ancient book that was used by the Samarians or something that contains the spirit of their people ... or something like that! Can you believe that I actually just came up with that on the spot!!??

What genre should I put it in????????

I suggest that you plan every detail of it, what the book is called, what's it look like it's most likely infamous history etc.

I want the OGBs to be recently unfrozen in the year 2360. Now that's a thought.... 
It'd be like Ghostbusters meets Futurama.  You should incorporate something like that into your story.
