There have been a variety of critiques to my story, many of which are undeserved, but these two really got me thinking.

I don't recall making any mention of God in this story. Does that arouse your curiosity? I sure hope so.

I'm pleased you liked my word usage, but you obviously haven't caught on to the symbolism I intended for this story. I'll give you one hint, the scene where Peter is talking to the creature who appears to be his girlfriend (if you read my fanfiction.net version, you would have learned this) tearing out his heart is very important to the plot of the next three chapters. The creatures posing as the Ghostbusters are also important, for the same reason.
I've pretty much decided the fate of the Ghostbusters in the "shattering" conclusion at #4, and I hope you will change your mind about this story from reading it. Of course, there's nothing I can do if my writing just doesn't suit your taste.
But I just hope you're both not criticizing me for writing horror, because that's the whole point of the story. It's supposed to shock you, make you feel a sense of tragedy, and a sense of relief that none of it, not a whit, will affect the continuity I'm choosing for my stories. That's the reason I made it an alternate universe. Like Elseworlds from DC Comics, none of it is continuity material.
Anyway, Maverick, I'm not sure how much our two fanfics resemble one another, but I am sure that I will not be influenced by anything you've written on "Enter: Hell" because I've chosen not to read it until after PViH is finished.

Just wondering, but wasn't Peter Venkman going to hell one of many concepts for GB3? that is what I've heard anyways.
