You are talking about the persons who approve the fan fics? Right?
If so then Chad takes his on time, he is in no hurry, so its up to him when and what time the fan fics will be uploaded and approved.

Chad doesnt take time Vincent does...but he is gone which still makes me wonder who is approving fan fics..
