Aqua Teen Crossover

I am most definietly gonna do this(though I probably won't start the actual writing portion until early May). Its gonna be a crossover of the Real Ghostbusters and Aqua Teen Hunger Force. A preview would go something like this:
This summer, the boys are back to face what will be they're biggest challenge.....fast food. They get what appears to be normal call...
Carl:My freakin' pool's haunted!
...but this job on the Jersey shore will be anything but normal...
(Ecto-1 rolls up)
Master Shake: Who da hell are they!?
...when everyone's favorite paranormal investigators meet everyone's favorite...uh...food monsters, there can be only one result....

Peter:I guess these guys took the saying, "You are what you eat" to heart huh?

If anybody has any suggestions or comments please let me know. I have been doing a great deal of research, mainly watching episodes of both series and taking notes, and will try to make this a great fanfic.

Here's my suggestion: good crossovers have to start with common ground, and maybe the way to do this is work in the bratty, codependant mummy from "Love Mummy". At the end of the episode Frylock throws it out with the garbage...but maybe the mummy escapes the landfill and comes back to leech more stuff from the Aqua Teens...
Frylock: "We'll take care of it, Carl..."
Carl: "Oh, yeah, like you took care of it last time...bite that, I'm callin' the experts. Pete Venkman owes me a favor from our Tri Kuppa Bru days..."
Mummy: "CUUUUUUUUUUURSE!!!"

The story will be written from the point of view of both the ghostbusters and the aqua teens.

Dude, from your start ("My fricking pool is haunted!!"), I cannot wait for this fan fic. I love Aqua Teen Hunger Force (it's one of three TV shows I watch) and I love the GBs, of course. I cannot wait for this

While I heartily thank you for your comment, I must correct you. Carl says freakin', not frickin'. Master Shake is the one who says frickin'.
Eg. Master Shake: "I didn't realize I was in the Supreme frickin' court here! Should I have my lawyer present, for my frickin' trial!!

If this FanFic works, I'd like to do a series of crossovers between RGB and other cartoons.
-Clone High (of course)
-King of the Hill(Bobby dances to the GB theme, "That boy aint right.")
-The Family Guy(Go back to the time when Peter had that summer job)
-Harvey Birdman:Attorney at Law(The guys get sued, again, and who do they hire?)

the aqua teen thing would be cool but why not do a gb sea lab crossover the gbs are relaxing fishing trips when the ghost of the bazaro sealab members attack

That might be cool, though remember Sealab takes place in 2021, and the Ghostbusters will be in their seventies by then! 
I had my own idea for a crossover with Sealab, though more of a thematic one: Venkman gets hooked on Stimutacs given to him by a Marduk cult and...
What? You think I'm gonna give away the punchline here?

Sealab is OK but I just dont see it meshing with RGB as well as with the Aqua Teens. But if someone else wanted to do it I'd read it!

Just because I like you, roshanger, I will even offer you a possible prolog to your story! I know, you might have your own idea, so feel free to disregard this...
I wrote it in script format, so adapt it to prose if necessary...
(Opening shot: Castle of DOCTOR WEIRD. Lightning cracks.)
Caption: CASTLE OF DOCTOR WEIRD, SOUTH JERSEY SHORE.
(Inside the Castle. DOCTOR WEIRD is talking to STEVE)
DOCTOR WIERD (shouting maniacally): GENTLEMEN!!! BEHOLD!!!
(The garage door opens with loud beeps. The Rabbot-shaped hole in the wall can be seen to the left of the garage)
(Inside the garage is a device that looks suspiciously like a Mister Coffee machine, but with a stylized "W" on the side)
DOCTOR WEIRD: My masterpiece!!! I have created a device to pass water through ground beans, and it creates...coffee!!! (laughs maniacally)
STEVE (shaking head): I just don't have the heart to tell him...
CUE OPENING THEME...

(Door pulls up to reveal Mr. Stay-Puft)
Other Guy: Wow Dr. Weird.
(Marshmallow Man grabs Other Guy and runs through the wall)
Dr. Weird: Ha!! Now its time for a big ass camping trip!
(roll opening)
