Is it normal the rating lower as time goes by, without having negative rates?

If you mean your proton pack which has all 9's but is still in the yellow, I noticed that on several things as well. That's weird. It was where someone came in and gave everyones props low ratings and Chad removed them but in the overall rating it still figured into the average. That was the case with river_of_slime's flightsuit but I went back later and it was back to the normal higher number. I'm not sure if the problem eventually corrected itself or Chad fixed it

if not that, someone screwed up the graphic code for it ie: put the 5 where the 9.1 was supposed too go(if there is such a thing, I know very little about web pages  )

Here is what happened:
Someone rated your pack with something low like a 1 or 2. Lowering your rating to a 6. something.. chances are.. this person was not very nice.. so the rating was deleted from the database. In the removal of this... the rating was left as it is stored in another location in the database.
I just rated it.. and it autocorrected itself by using the other ratings.. and recalculated the average.
