That's right, we shouldn't give up hope on it just yet... Perhaps if we shoot the columbia people with positivly charged slime, they may get HAPPY-GO-LUCKY and be thrilled to make a third!

I can name another movie that makes you think of new york, especially in this post 9/11 time period: Die Hard With a Vengeance. A trilogy that was great the whole time through. But ghostbusters 3 has potential, and if it were made already, the media hype would have been unstoppable. Just like it was for jurassic park 3, and for x-men and spider-man.

They might be making GB3 right now even as we speak, type, etc. Anything is possible, and I WILL NOT lose hope in GB3. I honestly want this film to be made. I know most of you hated the GB3 concept that was revealed in the review for the unsold script, which leads me to think that Aykroyd should just write a better script with a better concept and more Bill Murray and this whole matter will be settled.

I think thatif anybody really wants to know about GB3, then they should go to the Columbia website and find a listing of movies being made. Or, better yet, go andfind Akroid's website and ask the man themselves. I'm sure he likes hearing from fans...

first off, i don't think they could make the movie without anyone knowing. remember the making of the first two? very public. they walked around the streets in costume and for the first one people thought they were actually real.
second,the movie will be made. why? because i said so. that's just the way i see it.
third, why does everyone always say there was a third movie. i always have the same conversation with people just like netsolo.
them: you like ghostbusters?
me: yeppers
them: yeah me too i didn't care for the third one though
me: what?
them: yeah the one with the musuem.
me: dude that was the second one
them: you sure, then which was the one with that big marshmallow guy?
me: i can't believe you just said that.
that's how it always goes.
finally, i can't wait to go out this weekend with my gb costume. i look great. it's one of the biggest party weekends of the year here at the University of Madison and i heard a guy is dressing up as Stay Puft. i've got to see that.

If Ghosbusters 3 iS made, (AND I THINK THAT EVEN EVERY 1 ON THIS SITE WANTS ANOTHER ONE, IM A I WRONG??) i hope that they bring back the orginal actors back.
I dont want LITTLE TEEN FLICK movie actors has Peter, egon, ray or wintson, this cannot happen
all the actors who play the ghostbusters, in both films, are great actors, and they should return, for the next one. Even if the 3rd movie is the last one. (WE HOPE NOT) but i am trying to say that it would be great to see them back. WOULDNT IT PEOPLE????

Everybody says the same "I havent seen the third one" or "Wasent there a third one?" It perplexes me why everyone thinks there is a third GB movie.

Well I got confused when I was looking on the internet movie database for other movies that Dan Aykroyd was in and it has this listed : http://us.imdb.com/Title?0308311
I am so confused, I agree with other people that we really would notice if it happened. (Usually tho when IMDB lists movies that were put into production and never finished/released - it *says so*... I can't see anything...)

I remember in 2nd grade I had a heated arguement with one of my classmates over whether or not there was a finished GB3. I don't even know what made him think that because this was long before any rumors of GB3 surfaced.

i have to agree, true fans of ghostbusters wouyld have known if they were making the movie because they definitely woulnd't have been able to keep that a secret!!!!
