i got a question

im writing a story for gb3 and im having pete die in a busting accident. i cant decide how exactly to do it though. one idea is to have the trap malfunction and explode, and at his funeral his ghost would form, which i thought would be cool because we havent really seen that from the first two. the other idea is to have the trap malfunction and suck pete into it, and later on the guys would release him and keep him with them, like slimer. i know they arent that good, but they're all i got, so please just suggest which you want most.
also, just wondering. would a proton beam bounce off of a mirror if it was shot at one?

The Proton Stream hitting the mirror would either be: A.) It completely melts the mirror, or B.) It bounces off the mirror and hits who ever fired it. "Ouch"

Lasers refract off mirrors. Proton Streams are just glorified lasers, so I'd say yeah, there'd be refraction.

Venky, I like the the idea of the trap exploding and taking out Venkman. It seems the most logical. And if you use the idea of having Venkman's ghost at the funeral, I would suggest only having him appear briefly and quietly to the guys. Don't like make it a big thing lol. Unless you really want to.

Venky, if i may suggest this. You could write a plot involving sabotage and that's why the trap exploded. Because other than that, the trap would have to blow in a freak accident.

actually, agent d, that could work in very well. in the story, i have a rival group of gbs that are stealing all the business, and are very ruthless in how the perform. thanks.
