Isn't kinda fishy that universal brought out the old ecto for mass public viewing. Its almost like rekindeling the passion in the population. They had to of spent a large sum of money for it and they dont do these kind of things for no reason.
I also wanna say that anyone who says that the originals actors are to old to make number 3 has to rethink their whole opinion. Ghostbusters never required any specific body type. Bill, Dan, or Harold were never like Arnold or Stalone so why are they throwing this excuse in our faces. Besides you don't really have to be that athletic to be a ghostbuster.

i they bought it for mass viewage then wouldnt that be a sign the ghostbusters are dead and they are now only a cheap atraction

no not really its saying that they really wnat people to start remembering the Ghostbuster era in order to prepare the audience for another.

Maybe Universal just thought it would be cool to have it. I mean why else would they bring it out. It goes with the NYC setting and the goofy GB show. I doubt Sony is up to anything.

Darn straight. Prioritize. C'mon people, the more humans who die in war, the more games we have to make about it.
But yeah, without getting off-topic, it is kind of suspicious. But let's not get our hopes up about it. It could mean anything... I agree mostly with Lotus on this one.

K the only thing Sony is up to release new Ecto1a's toys. I think personily seeing Ecto1a upclose and person change my life now and i know someone who works for Sony and he told me that Sony doesnt hate Gb's they just dont see the money it could make.

I havent personaly every been there, but I think the reason they brought it back was that lots of people have probebly asked them many questions about it over the years and now they figure that they could make more money by having it on display. just think how many ghostheads in the universal studios area are now going to go there just to see ecto 1a. having that car on display is money in the pocket. I doubt it has anything to do with an upcoming movie.

universal has the train from back to the future 3 (Well they did i dont know if they still do) and there have been no more btf movies, but i still wish for another movie like everyone else

ya gotta think Universal studios is all about movies, therefor there theme park needs movie stuff in it, gb is another show they ahve that ppl love, im sure someone on the staff there recomanded they get the ecto1a, so i really wouldent look to much into this, they made sony a offer to rent it, sony figures well well amke money so lets do it its not gonna cost us anything.
