Haunted items on Ebay

There have been tons of claims of items being haunted on Ebay that are for sale.
Personally, some of the claims are hokey-pokey, I think, and some make a little sense, then some make sense up until they make mention of some certain things.
Check out this post at ebay:

So, what they're telling us is that the jar in which the item is placed is serving as a 'containment unit.'
Then, the guy suddenly seems more interested in how he's being paid than in getting rid of the item.
Then, there's THIS guy:

He's been ebaying stuff from the basement of this 'haunted' morgue for months and months now. Suddenly, every item...including this 'picture frame' is haunted. I remember an item he was selling once as a haunted doll that was found in a box in the basement because it gave him 'chills' to look at it.
Such claims of the paranormal where it highly likely doesn't exist is exactly the problem we paranormal researchers face when trying to prove the reality of the non-physical world.

Me, being somewhat normal, if I got stuck with a haunted item that was causing me so much agony, wouldn't sell it on ebay. I'd destroy the thing. I've seen people with reserves on their "haunted items". That makes a whole lot of sense. And who would buy those things anyway? It's not likely that there's someone sitting around thinking "wow, my life is sure doing good, I'm way too happy, I'm going to buy something to destroy my life". It all basically comes down to the world being full of morons.

Oh well! Looks like every ghosthunter in the world has finally had the most perplexing question EVER answered for them! We CAN catch ghosts, and all we need is a glass jar!
Yeah right! Complete and utter bull...
