Can't get your friends together to form your own franchise? Got your own Ghostbusters uniform and gear just hanging in the closet? Put that equipment to good use busting ghosts in your spare time as a certified Independent Contractor for Ghostbusters International!
Here's how it works...
Franchises
The largest subdivisions of GBI the Franchise, which ideally covers large distinctive regions that host unique geography, language, borders or other distinguishing characteristics. A Franchise requires at least two members.
But NOW there's...
Independent Contractors
For areas that lie outside GBI control and do not have enough members to form a Franchise, members may act as Independent Contactors. An Independent Contactor is a single member who covers a certain area on behalf of GBI. Application for Independent Contactor status must be approved by GBI HQ, at which time the new Independent Contactor immediately becomes official. Once an Independent Contactor finds another Independent Contactor in his area, and those members create a website, they may apply to be a recognized Franchise as outlined above.

Neat idea, but have you talked to Dr. Spengler about it yet? This idea does breake the first rule to ghostbusting... Never go in solo.
