I'm watching the TV GB II on Comedy Central, but even before that, I've always wondered what locked the door and started the fire there.
I think it might've been Vigo, since Ray was in the room, and possessed at the time.
Any thought about this?

Yeah, Vigo, of course. I thought that was pretty clear in the movie?...

And I think Vigo was in the pictures, not in Ray. Ray was only possessed in a deleted scene, and then again at the end.

Yep, thought it was Vigo, and I thought that even though Ray didn't look possesed, Vigo's spirit was still inside of him which might've tripped the locks and caused the fire and such.

Saber. I do believe the scene they're referring to is when (I got this from the GB2 Comic) just after all the GB's look around the Museum, just after Vigo does the hypnotizing thing to Ray, they are all going back to the firehouse and Ray, who happens to be driving, goes psycho and runs them into a tree. He's punched by Winston, making Ray his old self again just before they run into the tree. Ray manuevers the car so they don't all get killed. (if you can understand that with all of my time leaps you're better than most)
I also have a theory that (I cannot recall exactly when) when Peter is in the car, its a shot of him from inside Ecto-1A. He does a kind of double take, looking toward someone in the driver's seat. That may possibly be a segment from the deleted scene. Either that or it's just my imagination trying to make connections that are not there.

Thanks for the explanation!
Wasn't Venkman wearing the same thing in the quick little shot in the montage as he was when he investigated the museum???

It was Vigo cause of the pictures

He was wearing what he wore in the Museum, saber_holder. They really should have kept that scene in the movie. I didn't see any need to leave that one out.

I knew that, but I was just saying it would have been cool. It didn't make any since to put that little clip in the Montage, but I guess they didn't want that scene to completely go to waste.
