I foung on Kazaa about The theme was redone by New Found Glory.

Actually the GB theme going around Kazaa is incorrectly labeled as being performed by NFG. It was actually done by Attaboy Skip, a ska band, and the song has been around for a while now.

Mine says "New Found Glory" must be like the same one and the person who put this song on there just thought NFG stood for "New FOund Glory"

I found the same song, but "performed" bu Distorted Penguins... who really perform this version?

To clear things up there are a total of 4 "punk/ska" versions of the ghostbusters themes and they are performed by the following bands-
Attaboy Skip
Rasmus
Distorted Penguins
The Lax Alax Contrax
The version most frequently labeled as done by "NFG" "Blink182" "Good Charlotte" or any other crappy wanna be MTV band is the version by Attaboy Skip. It's the highest quality recording of the UpBeat versions.
Next is the version done by Rasmus. This version is commonly found being started by a little girl saying "Hello" and the recording quality is comparitive to a garage. It also is upbeat like the Attaboy Skip version.
The third version is the version done by Distorted Penguins. It is the only live version of the four. It starts off (msot of the time) with people talking and making a bad ghostbusters reference using the incorrect term "EKG Meter." This, personally, is the worst cover ever. It, again, is upbeat.
Now to the not so upbeat one. This one is very good. This song has a very nice, smooth baseline in it that makes me feel like I want to be driving. This version is done by the Lax Alax Contrax. My spelling may be off on that.
Those are the ONLY PUNK/SKA Covers of the GB theme out so far. If any new ones arive, I'll be sure to find out.
