Who do you think was the most intelligent RGB or GB Villian?

I still havnt decided, I just mean on overall intent for bringing evil and the methods for doing so. Im either going to say Gozer or Samhaine right now, but alot of the villians arnt coming to mind.

Schwank, I do believe the dude you're refering to is The Shadowmaster. And I must agree in that he was a mighty intelligent person. But then again, Vigo always struck me as really evil. Also, just because of what he does, the Grundel. That is one seriously twisted way to be evil.

Either Master of Shadows with that large brain of his, or Samhain, I mean comeon, second to the Boogieman who got release by accident he was the only RGB bad guy to make a come back!

The Bogeyman might be one of the most intelligent villains but not the most intelligent. I mean, the guy was able to recognize Egon right off the bat in his first episode and he was able to catch the GBs in his second appearance and he woulda gotten away with it if it weren't for them meddling kids and that ghost! Whoa, I'm in Scooby mood.

The Dopplegangers from Citizen Ghost. They knew everything The Real Ghostbusters knew, so that would make them pretty smart and powerful enemies for the Guys.

I wouldn't include the people busters. they were dumb. they threw the RGBs in the bio containment unit and realize that was the way back into the human world.
