what is your guys' favorite deleted scene from the scene cemetary on the gb 1 dvd? I like the stuff that was cut out right after mayor lenny said, "allright, we got work to do, now whadda ya need from me?"

I liked Janines and egon and peters lines only from that part, Winston's skip town line, and (not on dvd but) the deleted fort scene with Ray and Winston.

ya I like peter telling winston ( i can't remember what winston said) but peter says, I was just now considering you for a promotion before you said that.
that brings up a point, can anyone copy the scenes from the dvd to a vhs tape for me? i don't have a dvd player, i just happened to get to see all of them at work, b/c i work at a video place, and i always pop in a gb movie, either GB1 or GB 2

I don't know whether the mods are going to shut this one down or not, but it's awfully similar to a topic in Zack's Frequently Asked Questions:
What deleted scenes should they have used?
Obviously, my vote goes for the Egon/Janine World's Fair coin scene...I used it as the basis for my story Fateful Encounter

Peter said something like this to Winston: "You know, you could have a bright future with this company, 'cept for that attitude. I was just this moment considering you for a major promotion within the company, and know, I don't know."
The Bums scene was hilarious! It wouldn't have made too much sense to have kept it in the movie though (Which is why it was cut.  ). When I first saw that scene, I thought it was really Peter and Ray disguised as Bums in the park, and that they were patroling the area for Paranormal activity. YEAH RIGHT!!! Peter was already on his way to the apartment for his "date" with the possessed Dana Barrett. And Ray was at Fort Detmerring (sp?) with Winston. But if that scene had been left in, than who do you think those characters were? Carl from Caddyshack? 
All those scenes were pretty hilarious. Some of them should have stayed in. It's too bad they didn't include more Deleted Scenes on the DVD.

cowboy spike- no, there isn't to my knowledge. i don't even think it's on the criterion laser disc, which has much more extras than the dvd.

i can't believe no one has said this one yet. where they blow up stay puft, and luis asks dana if they, ya know,,,....no louis, no we didn't. and ray goes, it's ok, there's plenty of fish in the sea. 
I also like where Stay Puff's hat falls to the ground.

i like the scene before saving the day but i have to agree the "no louis, no we didn't" was great too, the hat scene looked too fake for my taste and i'm glad they left it out tho.
