In either film?

For me it would have to be either...

in GB1 when they're driving to the Shandor building surrounded by police, and military, while "Savin' the Day" is playing over the scene.

or... a little later on, after the street breaks up and the GBs emerge... "We can handle it. We can take it. They wanna play rough." With the crowd chanting "Ghostbusters! Ghostbusters! Ghostbusters!"

Yeah, that scene in GB1 with "Savin the Day" does it for me too. In GB2 it's when they're in the subway tunnel train thing and all those heads appear...*shudders* freaky!

Ya I have to agree with sg1, Twister and American Pride about Savin the day... But in GB2 I always liked "WE'RE BACK!" and of course when I was 5 and watching GB2 in the theatre, the firehouse doors opening and revealing the Ecto-1a with all its lights on for the first time...

Anytime they play the Ghostbuster song... especially at the end of Ghostbusters 2 when they come out.

Oh and the scene that really sends chills down my spine is when the guys exit the Court scene and are surrounded by the press and Ray shouts, 'We're Back!'

Ya I always liked the credits scene at the end of GB2 with the "Ghostbusters"/"On our own" transition...

I'd have to agree with all of you on that one - all those scenes actually make my skin prick up when I watch them. In GB when the mayor offers his support and then it cuts to the military, and the Ecto-1 surrounded by police cars...woah...yes definately when they get out of the crack and the theme starts back up...you gotta love it! smile

The end scene with all the clips in GB2 and On Our Own in the background is pretty powerful as well, I always seem to get pretty energetic during that scene. lol.

PS Im Ash by the way, I used to post to this board when it was on Bill's site.

Cheers.

I had a really warm and patrioric feelinhg, when that song played when the Gbs were arriving! ven more in GB" when the Liberty waled down the street! I felt so glad to live on this planet!

But when I was younger I hated the scene when Dana was attacked in her apartment!

for me, in GB1 when they walk into the hotel and you see them in their gear for the first time always gives me goosebumps.

then during the montage sequence, where they're going around the city doing jobs and they flash all the magazine covers on the screen. *sighs* :D

for some reason the commercial scene in GB1 always gets me too. but that's mostly a "i'm gonna explode cause this is so cute/funny/great" kind of chill. smile

I have to agree with a few of you.

Ghostbusters:
The scene in the library, just before they say "Get her!", and the scene in their uniforms at The Sedgewick Hotel and of course the Saving the Day bit.

Also, the end of GB2, the whole end bit, just love it, the music montage. Although every single time I hear Bobby Brown's "We're On Our Own" I get the shivers, and somehow feel a little sad as it was the end of GB2 sad

Scariest moment in the movie that gave chills down my spine was the terror dogs. When i was a little kid, around 8 and i saw zuul in Louis's closest it scared the shit out of me. I use to hide behind the TV when i saw zuul.
