Kylie is hot, no doubt about it. But she cannot compare to the hotness of Annie Potts in GB1, or Janine in season one of RGB!
I also agree with the fact that, given time and a continuing/evolving story, Peter would end up with Dana, Egon would end up with Janine, Ray would end up with that chick from "Look Homeward, Ray", and Slimer would end up with that stray cat.
Winston is the only person I can't remember ever having a love interest. Maybe a nice Woman's League Baseball player?

EgonsBabe - I'll have to watch that ep. The man who plaayed Peter in the living films was a good comic. I think he was not so handsomome as he cartoon counterpart but he pulled the film together.  . Brain_Reilly - I couldn't say as I don't look at other wwomen like this, but I think if I were a man, I rather Janine from the second animated series over Kylie  . Sorry Kkylie fans everywhere.

Brian_Rielly, I agree with you about the movie Janine. She didn't bother me too much. Maybe that was because she went out w/Louis in GB2(But that's just me.) But the Janine from RGB season 1 was reeeeeeally irritating for three reasons:
1. No receptionist would ever think of dressing like the way she does(read: too skanky!). Any employer today would not hire a woman who dressed like that.
2.They turned her into an airheaded bimbo. What kind of guy would want to date THAT?
3. That voice! She sounds like a female version of this science teacher I had in Gr.9!

And it only got worse after Season One...
Ray's old crush in "Look Homeward, Ray" was named Elaine Fuhrman, by the way, and as the Fort Detmerring scene in GB1 was relegated to a dream she was the only love interest Ray's had in all of Ghostbusters canon to date. My brother and I created one for him in our old GBI campaign, but I'm not gonna say any more than that--I may put her in my fan fictions yet.
Winston mentions a girlfriend in "The Devil To Pay" (his dark secret was swiping $20 out of petty cash to buy her a birthday present), and he mentions her several times in Now's RGB comic--she's apparently a museum curator, and is actually seen in RGB#23. We named her "Shirl" in aforementioned GBI campaign, saying she was the same Shirl Janine mentions in one episode.
Also in that campaign, by the way (Fritz ducks behind a clear plastic sheet in case EgonsBabe barfs again) Egon and Janine get happily married and raise twins (who WILL be appearing in a fan fic or two I have in mind)

Hey Veed. I remember which ep Janine refers to Shirl in when you were mentioning her as Winston's girlfriend in that NOW Comic #23. The ep Janine mentions her in is The Bird Of Kildarby. Janine's line I believe is, "Gotta go Shirl. The bosses are back" once the guys pull into the firehouse with the roof of Ecto ripped off by the 'ectoplasmic parakeet' right before the bird comes crashing through the front door causing Egon to say, "Ducky" and Janine going, "Wait a minute! You can't fool me! That's no duck!"
Anyway, to make it short her line referring to Shirl is, "Gotta go Shirl. The bosses are back." I think anyway.

Hey Vee, very funny. remind me to laugh. Oh BTW is Fritz your real name? And one other thing, I have an upcoming fanfic, if it's approved, about a girl I created becoming a fifth GB, just to create competition. I'll say only one thing about the story. There's a fight scene between her and Janine. Three guesses as to who wins.

Actually her name is Clara Hamilton. She has black hair, is 5'5in. has emerald-green eyes(which BTW, capture Egon's attention immediatly). Her body is curvy but she's built like an athlete. Oh , and has advanced degrees in nuclear physics and calculus. She plays several musical instruments, including the piano, drums, guitar, bass guitar and the flute. And finally, she's a Level-5 gymnast and she also is a 5th degree black-belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Fritz isn't his real name. As he said, it's not on the Birth Certificate. But I do happen to know his real name... BUT NONE OF YOU WILL EVER KNOW!
We've had a whole lot of Female Ghostheads battling over Egon, and Fritz is the only Male Ghosthead that likes Janine, so something MUST be done about it. I have a solution for who gets Egon and who gets Janine battles:
Fritz automatically gets Janine, because he truly loves her, and he's my pal who's helped me out a whole lot, so he needs an early Christmas present that he'll love.
All of the Female Ghostheads who are in love with Egon, and keep making dozens of posts about it everyday battle each other, until one is left standing. Then that one goes on to fight Janine. Then the winner of that battle gets Egon.
Then we have a double wedding - Dr. Fritz V. Baugh to Janine Melnitz and Dr. Egon Spengler to ???

i do feel the need to point out that being in LOVE or even having a slight infatuation with a CARTOON CHARACTER is taking fandom wwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy too far, i mean not only do these ppl not exist (although for years as i kid i woulnt accept that fact! lol) but there ANIMATED for christ sakes, for example whoever said annie potts was hot (not feeling that personally, but hey whatever floats ya boat) is at least reffering to an acctual person, to say _______ (fill in the blank) from rgb/egb (delete where appropriate) is hot is just a little starnge, no offence meant or anything, i aint trying to diss anyone, just think of me of the guy who tries to keep you all sane!

We KNOW they're animated, but it's still fun. I think it's called suspension of belief or something like that. btw, I'd be the one to get Egon.
