Winston's final curtain call is just like that of the others. Packaged with a used Ghost. Winston's Ghost was actually from the first series and originally packaged with Ray. It's probably one of the coolest Ghosts of the line. Winston comes packaged with a Proton Pack a spare head and the Wrapper Ghost. One thing I’ve noticed about these action figures is that they're spare glow in the dark heads aren't exactly the same size and shape as the regular heads.

This series marked the sad death of the RGB Action Figure line. Released in 1991 RGB's Cartoon was dealt its final blow by the Ninja Turtles and was slowly dying. Before this though Kenner decided it'd give RGB A Proper Send off with these Ecto-Glow Heroes. Never has the Glow-In-The-Dark Feature been taken to such an extreme before. Ever figure in this series glowed brilliantly in the dark. Not only this but instead of the proton packs having Flimsy Proton Streams the streams were made of Hard Plastic and Interacted with the Ghosts by actually looking like it had them trapped in the stream.
