And now Ray Stantz, Following the trend of the other RGB Figure he is yet again packaged with a Ghost from a previous series. Apparently Kenner knew this was the end and didn't even bother to make new Ghosts. Ray's Ghost used to be packaged with First Series Egon. Ray was packaged with a glow in the dark proton pack with the Gulper Ghost The Ghost could slide down on Ray's head. It would also clip into the proton stream.

This series marked the sad death of the RGB Action Figure line. Released in 1991 RGB's Cartoon was dealt its final blow by the Ninja Turtles and was slowly dying. Before this though Kenner decided it'd give RGB A Proper Send off with these Ecto-Glow Heroes. Never has the Glow-In-The-Dark Feature been taken to such an extreme before. Ever figure in this series glowed brilliantly in the dark. Not only this but instead of the proton packs having Flimsy Proton Streams the streams were made of Hard Plastic and Interacted with the Ghosts by actually looking like it had them trapped in the stream.
