Louis Tully (Ecto-Glow Heroes)
Year: 1991
Points Of Articulation: 5

Louis Tully's Final Appearance as an Action Figure, like all the rest he has a previously used ghost. It was originally packaged with Super Fright Feature Winston. Louis is packaged with a Spare head, a proton pack and the Meanie Weenie Ghost. You could clip the proton stream around the Ghost and pretend that Louis was actually catching it.

This series marked the sad death of the RGB Action Figure line. Released in 1991 RGB's Cartoon was dealt its final blow by the Ninja Turtles and was slowly dying. Before this though Kenner decided it'd give RGB A proper send off with these Ecto-Glow Heroes. Never has the Glow-In-The-Dark feature been taken to such an extreme before. Every figure in this series glowed brilliantly in the dark. Not only this but instead of the proton packs having flimsy proton streams the streams were made of hard plastic and interacted with the ghosts by actually looking like it had them trapped in the stream.

I really didn't care for Louis both in the show and double as an action figure. He was good for the movies and funny as hell in em, but that was about it as far as his usefulness went.
