First up on the last line of RGB Figures is Egon Spengler. Like all of his upcoming Ecto-Glow buddies Egon doesn't have an original Ghost yet he was packaged with a Ghost previously used in the line. In fact this Ghost is the exact same one used for the Ghost Trap playset, they only painted its eyes. Along with the usual Ghost Egon came with a glow in the dark proton pack and a Replaceable glowing head. You could clip the Ghost into the Proton Stream and it'd stay there like Egon was catching the Ghost.
This series marked the sad death of the RGB Action Figure line. Released in 1991 RGB's Cartoon was dealt its final blow by the Ninja Turtles and was slowly dying. Before this though Kenner decided it'd give RGB A Proper Send off with these Ecto-Glow Heroes. Never has the Glow-In-The-Dark Feature been taken to such an extreme before. Ever figure in this series glowed brilliantly in the dark. Not only this but instead of the proton packs having Flimsy Proton Streams the streams were made of Hard Plastic and Interacted with the Ghosts by actually looking like it had them trapped in the stream.
