Ray's reincarnation into the realm of the original RGB Action Figure was a good one as he has one of the more interesting Power Packs of the line. Ray could use his pack by either wearing it on his back, or you could fix his feet to the lil foothole pegs and roll him around and the claw on the end of his power pack would reach out and try to grab a Ghost. Ray's Power Pack was the Grabbin' Grappler and he came packaged with the Snatcher Ghost.

This marks the reappearance of the typical RGB Action Figure after many lines of making the Ghostbusters look scared. Apparently Kenner thought this line would be the end of the RGB Action Figure world and so as such they did not even give it a proper name. It is called Power Pack Heroes because some fan of the Series Saw that they had amazing new Packs and Aptly Dubbed them "Power Pack Heroes" This line also features those spiffy new suits with the colorful designs on them. This line was supposed to be the tie-in line for Ghostbusters 2.
