Peter Venkman was probably the most well known Fright Feature figure. Aside from his knee high waders and yellow grenade vest he also appeared on many other GB Action Figure Product Packages. Including the Highway Haunter, Mini-Traps, and Ghost Spooker’s packages to name a few. Venkman had another one of the more intriguing fright features his hair would pop up, his eyes would bug out, and his jaw would drop in apparent fright from the Ghost. He came packaged with the Hook shot weapon and the Gruesome Twosome Ghost that interacted with his Miniweapon by clipping onto the hook on it. The Fright Features figures were also the first Ghostbusters action figures to be packaged without proton packs but rather the mini weapons.
The Infamous Fright Features line. Quick rundown on the Fright Features line: You pull the right arm down and this activates a feature on the GB That supposed to look like the Ghostbusters are shrieking in Terror from a Ghost. Trouble is that the mechanisms used in the system weren't strong enough to withstand the torque placed upon them. This led to one of the most prone to breaking GB Action figures in history.
