Egon Spengler (Fright Features)
Year: 1988
Points Of Articulation: 5

Egon Spengler probably had the most unusual looking Ghost ever to be packaged with a GB Action Figure it was some unusual looking goblin demon type thing with Wings and Fangs. He also sports the most professional looking Fright Feature. He actually had a necktie that would pop up and his head would fly up and his jaw would drop down. Dropping Jaws seem to be commonplace with these figures. His Necktie was VERY much prone to breaking though. He was packaged with the Terror Tweezer Weapon and the Soar Throat Ghost. The Soar Throat Ghost interacted with the miniweapon by clipping onto the tweezer part of the weapon by its neck.

The Infamous Fright Features line. Quick rundown on the Fright Features line: You pull the right arm down and this activates a feature on the GB That supposed to look like the Ghostbusters are shrieking in Terror from a Ghost. Trouble is that the mechanisms used in the system weren't strong enough to withstand the torque placed upon them. This led to one of the most prone to breaking GB Action figures in history.

Another great Egon figure! It seems as though no matter what idea they came up with for the figures, they were always great fun!
